So many cool things are going on in Detroit this weekend and I’m going to miss them all.
Don’t cry for me, though.
The husband and I are heading up to Mackinac Island for the weekend and staying at The Grand Hotel. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think that I would stay at the historic hotel so I’m a wee bit excited.
I haven’t been on the island since I was a young teenager and went on a visit with my grandma and little cousin. The husband hasn’t set foot on it yet.
I’m sure I’ll update you all with stories about our Pure Michigan trip next week. I hope you don’t mind.
Don't forget: You still have plenty of time to enter to win tickets to the Best of Detroit party!
Have a fantastic weekend and enjoy Detroit!
